Client Associate

Assisting 2 Financial Advisors in operational tasks for clients including but not limited to:

Asset Movements (Bank transfers via ACH or wires, IRA contributions, professional bill pay, etc.)

Lead generation (for Financial Advisors at JET Wealth) Prospect List Building (for

Financial Advisors at JET Wealth)

Marketing Campaigns (for Financial Advisors at JET Wealth)

Account Updates (Updating client contact info, online trading access, Power of Attorney, etc.)

Paperwork Processing (Drafting paperwork for client to sign and return)

Engaging with clients, assisting them with utilizing the Wells Fargo website

Answering phones, answering client questions regarding the features and functions of their accounts

Occasionally placing trades ( when properly registered) Maintaining and ordering office supplies

Managing compliance-related matters and procedures

This is not a sales role but marketing expertise is helpful to support the advisors in the office that do focus on sales.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in business (Preferably in Finance)

Minimum of 2 years of work experience i n the financial industry (preferably in wealth advisory, investments, insurance, or banking)

***Series 7 Registration STRONGLY desired but not mandatory. Will need to obtain registration within one year of hire.
