The Program Coordinator will oversee a project to create and implement Cuyamaca College's
new Black Student Success Center and support the College's Queer Center. With students,
faculty, staff and administrators at Cuyamaca College, the Project Coordinator will utilizing the
college's guided pathway framework to assist in the development, coordination for events and
support of the new Black Student Center, Queer Center and Together We Rise Center, as well as
student engagement centers as a whole. This position will support each area in similar and
distinct efforts to engage and validate students, specifically those representing historically
marginalized populations and work collaboratively with the IESE unit, Student Services, and
other areas of the college to help students stay on the path to completion.
