The Grossmont-Cuyamaca Community College District is seeking a qualified individual as a CAREER SERVICES SUPERVISOR. The Incumbent organizes, coordinates and oversees the day-to-day operations and activities of the Student Job Placement Office, Career Center and Adult Reentry Center; plans, develops, and provides services and programs to inform and assist students in career guidance, employment and reentry to college; supervises and evaluates the performance of assigned staff. AT-A-GLANCE POSITION INFORMATION:

Current vacancy: Cuyamaca College
Type of position: Full-time Substitute
The work hours for the substitute positions are:
Summer Hours (through Friday, July 31, 2026):
Monday-Thursday: 7:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Fridays: Closed
Regular Hours (beginning Monday, August 3, 2026):
Monday-Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Duration: A minimum of two (2) months, but may be extended
Salary: Range S-I
$36.81 - $44.75 Hourly
$76,574 - $93,075 Annually (based on 40 hours per week)
Initial Salary Placement: New employees start at Step A ($36.81 per hour) on the salary schedule.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION:
Any combination equivalent to: graduation from an accredited college or university with a four-year degree in personnel administration, social services, psychology, business administration or related field.
EXPERIENCE:
Four years of experience in college career planning and placement or related area.

ASSESSMENT PROCESS:
- The assessment process for this position may include any combination of the following:
