Shop Good is a San Diego-based one-stop clean beauty and wellness shop on a mission to make healthy living more accessible, effortless and downright fun. We offer a filtered assortment of non-toxic skincare, makeup and wellness products, all hand-selected by our team of Product Experts and Certified Holistic Health Coaches. We believe in the power of self-care, and also provide apothecary-style organic facials and wellness treatments in our in-house spas via our Holistic Estheticians. The Role:

Our Shop Good Sales Associate is a self-starter at heart, with a deep passion for natural products, clean beauty and healthy living. We are looking for that special someone who is excited to inspire, educate and introduce the absolute best in clean products to our San Diego customer and support our community with new and innovative ways to honor and heal the body through natural ingredients and self care.

The person we hire is organized, passionate about healthy living, a clear communicator and a customer-service lover, ensuring every customer feels attended to, happy, inspired by and treated to the Shop Good standards, all within our modern and upbeat environment.

As a Shop Good Product Expert, you will be leading each customer through an individualized store experience, catering their product recommendations specific to their bio-individual needs, skin types, body types and health goals. You do not need to know our exact brands and their ingredients before you start, but you need to be passionate about learning and able to jump in with eagerness around deeply getting to know our products and brands.

You are meant for this role if you are excited about a fast-paced, start-up retail environment with a love and appreciation for natural beauty and holistic health.

The part-time role will be headquartered at our North Park or Del Mar stores in San Diego, CA and hours range from 10-20 hours. Must be able to work weekends.

This position will be hired on as an employee of Shop Good and will be compensated hourly.
